I am truly grateful to Dr. Vishaka Ma’am and Dr. Rahul Sir for their incredible support and care throughout my wisdom tooth removal treatment. Before the procedure, I was very scared and anxious, but they explained everything so calmly and made me feel comfortable and confident.
The surgery was smooth, and I did not experience much pain. I am very satisfied with the treatment and happy that I finally got my wisdom tooth removed without any major discomfort.
What I appreciate the most is that Vishaka mam are still regularly in touch with me to ensure I don’t face any problems during recovery. Their dedication and care for patients are truly commendable.

I'm Vinod 56yrs from Gondia. I was very frustrated because of loss of multiple teeth not able to chew and smile properly due to bad teeth. Tried so many dentist in Gondia but not satisfied with treatment at last my friend suggested Dr Satish gadai sir from nagpur. We visited i smile dental clinic and Dr Satish did all necessary check up do x-ray then suggest cbct and do my treatment planing work in single day.
Dr Satish sir planced 6 implants in lower jaw and all crown on my bad teeth and saved them... complete treatment was done in 7 days only....very happy with treatment and able to chew properly and looks very natural..even dr planned my recall visit. I was simply ignoring visit to dental clinics as I am scared of thinking about the pain. I was so scared that I was ignoring of going for routine clean up and checkups. Because my previous experience with dentist was horrible, I felt terrible pain and sensitivity just after a simple clean up.

We had a wonderful experience with this doctor. My mother was in severe pain in her front two teeth because a previous root canal had not been done properly. She was extremely scared about having the procedure done again.

I recently visited i Smile Dental Clinic by the referenceof my friend for my back tooth implant n got zirconia cap done. Dr. Vishakha Ugale ma’am was really amazing throughout the treatment. She explained evrything in detail before starting n made sure I was comfortable in each visit. The best part was – there was almost no pain!! She really took all the care to make the process smooth n painfree.

I had a very bad pain in my old RCT tooth.. cudnt chew properly frm long time. finally went to i Smile Dental Clinic n met Dr. Vishakha maam. shee explained me tht the RCT tooth was failed n need to b removed. I was scared at first but sir assured me that dental implant treatment will be painfree.
To be honest, I didnt feel much pain at all, even after the implant surgery. Doc took all care for pain relief n was very gentle during whole process. After few months, they placed a zirconia cap on it n it looks totally natural...like my real tooth. I can chew food now without any problm and feel very comfortable.

Writing this review after a month of complete my treatment. I was in pain for over a month due to a decayed tooth and an old root canal issue. I visited Dr. Satish Gadai at i Smile Dental Clinic, Nagpur. He carefully examined my teeth and found another tooth with an old infection. He did root canal treatment for both teeth, and to my surprise, the whole procedure was completely pain-free.
Dr. Satish took all the right steps to treat the infection. And i got Zirconia caps placed, and they look just like natural teeth. Now I can chew properly now without any discomfort.
I'm definitely recommend Dr. Satish if you're looking for the best dentist in Nagpur or near Narendra nagar for root canal treatment....

Visited 3 dental clinic but was not comfident in them because they didnt explain me trewtment and why i need it .Then I visited i smile dental clinic by looking into google map and read there reviews, review was good and looked genuine for my tooth pain. Dr satish gadai sir did and check up, and suggested 3 root canal treatment followed by cap and explained everything completely before starting treatment, i feel comfident then started trwatment here.
Root canal complete by last week it took 2 visits to complete my RCT and I had a very good experience. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and made the entire treatment comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. I was experiencing severe pain due to a deep cavity in my lower back tooth. After consulting another dentist, I was advised to have the tooth extraction. Unsatisfied with this solution, I did some research on google read lots of reviews and found Dr.Vishakha Ugale at i Smile Dental clinic Implant & Cosmetic Center, Nagpur Upon consultation, she suggested a root canal instead of extraction. She performed the root canal after a week she provide zerconia cap over my rct tooth and successfully saved my tooth. First I visited dentist Dr.Satish Gadai of I smile dental implant & cosmetic centre for my full mouth implants, he was thoroughly explained prblms in detail step by step procedure about the treatment.
Previously I was afraid about pain, time & expenses as other dentists are demanded much more amount req for treatment as v are not that much capable pay for that. But Dr.Gadai was assured me to help by more discounts with installments pay upto one year.

I got my zirconia crown treatment done by Dr. Vishakha Ugale mam at i Smile Dental Clinic Nagpur. The crown looks highly esthetic and matches perfectly with my natural teeth. Recently visited i Smile Dental Clinic for my lower back tooth which was badly decayed. Met Dr. Vishakha Ugale ma'am for consultation and she explained evrything so nicely. Unfortunatly, the tooth cudn't be saved so she suggested a dental implant. Was bit scared at 1st but honestly the whole process was super smooth.
